HomeHealth Fitness Ltd (trading name HomeHealth Yoga) Terms and Conditions
- All appointments will be booked with your Trainer, Teacher or Instructor.
- HomeHealth Fitness Ltd act as an agent and manage all financial decisions and transactions on behalf of the trainer, teacher or instructor (this secures your money with an established (1999) Ltd Company, rather than any single individual).
- Any questions or problems not related to scheduling should be referred to HomeHealth Fitness Ltd.
- A maximum of 15 minutes from the scheduled start time will be allowed before the session is classed as a “no show”. Please be aware that if you are late for a session, you will still finish at the allotted time. No shows are charged for in full.
- Please inform your Trainer, Teacher or Instructor of any medical conditions you have or any medication you may be on.
- You will be charged for your session in full if it is cancelled, re-scheduled or re-arranged within less than 24 hours notice.
- All-pre paid blocks are transferable but not refundable. This is to prevent, for example, the purchase of 50 sessions, the completion of just 10 before requesting a refund for the balance.
- All referred clients should be referred through HomeHealth Fitness Ltd, various incentives exist for this.
For cancellations, re-arrangements or re-scheduling please call your Trainer, Teacher or Instructor.
